Bhubaneswar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Utkarsh Odisha Conclave in Bhubaneswar on 28 January. In the inaugural address Honourable prime minister said eastern India is the growth engine of the development of the country. When India had a greater share in the global growth in history, the eastern part of India including Odisha has a fair contribution to it. There were many major industrial hubs, ports, trade hubs located in the eastern parts of the country. It used to be the prominent center of the trades happening in Southeast Asia. The ancient ports were the gateway of Indian trades earlier. The ancient ports in Odisha connect to the history of trade between India and Southeast Asia.
In the 21 century, Odisha is going to revive the ancient legacy of trade and commerce by opening many new possibilities, opportunities for the state’s economic as well as industrial evolution. The prime minister has sloganeer by saying, “ This is the time and this is the right time” for investment in Odisha. The PM has requested the investors participating in the conclave to invest in Odisha and they will achieve success as per their expectations.
India is leading towards a path of aspirations and hope. When the needs of the people are fulfilled then their aspiration is achieved.
Many giant investors have participated in this conclave and the state is aiming to gain some industrial revolution in the coming times.
