Bhubaneswar: A rich and prosperous person visit the psychologists to treat their depression. After talking with him for some time, the expert said there is no issues with him, he is completely fine. The person anxiously pleaded to the doctor to prescribe him some medicine so that he can be cured from depression. He was complaining that he is not able to sleep for last few days. The doctor then with a smile, wrote a medicine and gave the piece of paper to him. The man suddenly became stunned by reading the name of the medicine written on the paper. It was written on the paper that ‘laugh as much as you can’.

To keep a smile on one’s face doesn’t take any money, but everyone is so  reluctant band calculative when it comes to smiling, or giving a smile on someone else’s face. Smile is such a medicine that can cure any negative emotions and resolve any bad equations like anger, pride, dislikes and so on. The famous writer Mark Twain has said that the human being has the most powerful weapon which would is smile. But not everybody is capable enough to use this weapon. To bring smile on the face it requires courage, benevolence, and  patience, within a person.

By smiling one can remain joyful from inside as well spread positivity amongst others. Smiling is the easiest and cheapest way possible to cure both physical and psychological issues. We were laughing so much in our childhood. Now we have forgotten to laugh. That is because of the way of living a life full of problems and complexities. Smile  has a very important part in creating a beautiful and healthy relationship between each other.

Research says that by laughing about 10- 15 minutes everyday our body is able to born around 40 calories, which helps to reduce body weight and increases our life span. Blood circulation in our body improves by laughing, one gets relief to a great extent in terms of heart diseases, and heart attacks. Emotional and psychological health also improves and it affects positivity to our body. By smiling and laughing more also dead cells in our body get revived again. A healthy person laughs about 400 times whereas an unhealthy person does it only for 15 times.

It is not that we only have to laugh when somebody cracks a joke, when one does something that is self satisfactory and gives happiness, automatically a smile comes to the face. Humans are the only living being that can smile or laugh. A smile can turn an enemy into a friend. To hold a beautiful smile on the face one has to get rid of all the negative thoughts from our minds. To successfully achieve that we should remember all the good memories in our lives, spend time with good friends, do works that give us happiness. Moreover, if we can bring back the child within us, then it will be very easy to get back joyful smile on our face again.
