Bhubaneswar: In the health update of 27th April (i.e. today) by the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department, GoO, 03 new positive cases have been detected in Odisha.
One positive case in Koraput (Dasmantapur) 22 Yrs Male, Health worker (Asymptomatic) One positive case in Balasore 32 Yrs Male (West Bengal returnee). He is a staff nurse came from Kolkata on 14th April to join duty. He was quarantined and tested due to travel history. He has not joined work.
One positive case of Jajpur (Basudevpur) 34 Yrs Male (Kolkata returnee) Contact tracing and follow-up action is being done. Total Positive Case: 111
The other positive case is also asymptomatic and has been detected in Balasore. The case is a 32 Yr old Male and a West Bengal returnee.
The total number of positive cases in the state stands at 111 in Odisha.
