Tapsil Jati Adibasi Praktan Sainik Krishi Bikash Shilpa Kendra in association with Barikul P.S., Bankura District organised a unique program at Barikul P.S. of Bankura for poor and needy students of Sopan, a school dedicated for the upbringing of the needy students in Bankura region.
Sopan is dedicated to take care of the poor students of the region under the guidance of the Bankura Zila Police Association. The event under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Project of the Govt. of India and Kanyashree Prakalpa & Yuvashree Project of the Govt. of West Bengal for the girl child students was organised by Tapsil Jati Adibasi Praktan Sainik Krishi Bikash Shilpa Kendra under the leadership of Barikul P.S. of Bankura District.
Hon’ble Secretary of Tapsil Jati Adibasi Praktan Sainik Krishi Bikash Shilpa Kendra Mr. Soumen Koley was present to brief the media along with the Chief Guest Mr. Sukhendu Hira, Hon. SP, Bankura and other Dignitaries like Mr. Biplab Sarkar, SDPO, Khatra Sub Division, Mr Debashish Panda, IC, Barikul PS, who were present to grace the occasion. The event witnessed more than 400 students who were gratified with Books, Bags and other Reading Materials were distributed among students by Mr. Koley & the Dignitaries.
Mr. Soumen Koley said, “Our Organisation believes that Social Responsibility should not be limited to just words. We must promote girl child education in the society. Empowering and educating girls will help in bring balance in the society along with the development of the society. Organizations like us must come forward to promote the Government’s Policies and support the needy in every possible way.”
Tapsil Jati Adibasi Praktan Sainik Krishi Bikash Shilpa Kendra keeps taking different social initiatives in East India like Safe Drive Save Life Project for creating awareness about safe driving in different districts along with Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Project and Kanyashree Prakalpa Project for the girl child students and keeps distributing reading materials in every corner.
All the 6500 staffs of Tapsil Jati Adibasi Praktan Sainik Krishi Bikash Shilpa Kendra have been participating in different projects and working continuously in 204 blocks of 18 districts of West Bengal for last 35 years with full honesty and hard-work to materialize a number of State Government and Central Government Projects in West Bengal. The organization tirelessly works under different government project like “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao”, “Swacch Bharat Abhiyan”, Nirmal Bangla Abhiyan”, “Kanyashree Prakalpa” ‘Yuvashree” no name a few.
