Bhubaneswar: Do Patti movie stating Kajol, Kriti Sanon and Shaheer Shaikh in the lead part has released on Netflix. The film is a crime thriller and drama. The film is located in the hilly side of the northern India.
Te film is meant to be engaging and thrilling director Shashank Chaturvedi lacked the grip of the film. Despite a stellar cast, the struggles to make its mark as an in-depth thriller.
The film begins with a police investigation of an attempt to murder case by a dogged police officer played by Kajol. It is story of two twin sisters Saumya and Shaily, both played by Kriti Sanon. The film depicts sibling rivalry and competition, animosity between two sisters for one man. Shaheer Shaikh plays as Druv Sood the part of the male protagonist who is the son of an influential politician from Haryana and a brat and has major anger issues.
The tow sisters one is docile and the other is the flamboyant, conceited kind happen to aspire for the same man and fight with each other for the same man. There is a disturbed childhood for both the sisters shown that has led their individual personalities so distinct and complex.
The film delivers a decent piece of performance by all the artists. Kajol follows the path of her other contemporaries like Raveena Tandon and Karishma Kapoor by playing the role of a police officer and getting into the field of crime thriller. Kriti Sanon has entered into producing through this movie and Shaheer Shaikh has debut in the Bollywood as it’s his first release.
