Bhubaneswar: The long awaited Inter-State Bus Terminal (ISBT) may finally see the light of the day in June 2022. The construction work for the revamped ISBT is being undertaken by Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) over 15.5 acres of a land at a cost of Rs. 180 crores.
Things are expected to pick up speed from now as Secretary to Chief Minister (5T) VK Pandian visited the under construction site at Baramunda on Sunday morning to review the progress of the work. During his visit, he emphasised on maintaining the quality of the works and timely completion of the project slated to get completed in June 2022.
Vice Chairman BDA Sanjay Singh, Works Dept. Secretary Dr. Krishan Kumar, Special Secretary to CM R Vineel Krishna along with project team members were present during the visit.
