Bhubaneswar: Bengaluru-based tech-enabled workspace solutions provider IndiQube has announced its entry into Bhubaneswar, Odisha, marking its 17th city of operations across India. With this launch, Bhubaneswar becomes IndiQube’s second market in East India after Kolkata, underscoring the company’s strategy to scale in emerging urban centres.
The new IndiQube facility spans over 45,000 square feet and is located in Patia, Infocity—one of Bhubaneswar’s key IT and commercial hubs. The expansion aligns with the company’s focus on deepening its footprint in high-growth Tier II cities as enterprises increasingly look beyond traditional metros.
Commenting on the development, Rishi Das, Co-founder and CEO of IndiQube, said East India represents a major growth opportunity for the company, with Bhubaneswar emerging as a credible enterprise and technology hub. He highlighted the city’s improving infrastructure, upcoming metro connectivity, and supportive policy environment as key drivers behind the expansion.
Meghna Agarwal, Co-founder of IndiQube, noted that the rise of Tier II cities such as Bhubaneswar reflects a broader decentralisation of talent and enterprise growth in India. She added that IndiQube’s presence in such markets aims to support evolving workspace strategies, improve productivity, and deliver a consistent employee experience for organisations expanding their regional footprint.
The Bhubaneswar launch comes shortly after IndiQube announced its Q2 FY26 financial results. For the September quarter, the company reported a total income of ₹367 crore under Ind AS and ₹360 crore under IGAAP-equivalent reporting. Revenue from operations stood at ₹354 crore under IGAAP, while profit after tax was ₹28 crore under IGAAP-equivalent norms, compared to an Ind AS loss of ₹30 crore for the same period.
In a recent major deal, BlackRock Services India signed a 10-year lease for 143,127 square feet at IndiQube Symphony on MG Road in Bengaluru’s central business district, further strengthening IndiQube’s portfolio of large enterprise clients.
