Bhubaneswar: On 26 November, a special coaching and remedial classes has been launched by the Mahanadi Mines and Minerals Private Limited which is a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited. This step is supposed to support the education of 151 students. The coaching classes have begun on 26 November at Government UG High School, Jharpalam of Sundargarh, Odisha.
This initiative is designed to lend support for the students who are studying in classes 4, 5, 9, and 10. Especially this initiative is designed to subside the students enrolled in government schools in Bijahan, Bhograkachhar, Girisima, and Jharpalam villages of Sudergarh.
To eliminate the excessive school fees system and avail a n excellent education at the same time , this program aims to achieve the goal of preparing the government school students study in class 4 and 5 for cracking the entrance exam the Adarsha and Navodaya Vidyalaya. Well planned and structured training sessions will be conducted by skilled teachers to excellent the knowledge of the students keeping the entrance patterns in mind. The program will be boosting the student’s academic abilities as well as their confidence to appear the entrance tests.
The students who are in grade 9 and 10 will get benefited by various comprehensive career counseling sessions which would guide their future career perspectives. Many other counseling seasons will be carried out to help them learn to manage the academic stress and pressure to retain a health body and mind while focusing on studies. Other than that, additional coaching, academic techniques will be provided subject wise to the students to excel in their respective areas. This approach is aimed to gather a wholistic academic and professional excellence for the students.
The Adani Groups have launched this excellent initiative underling the commitment to empower the youth of the rural Odisha so that they do not miss out any higher opportunities in life. It will boost the overall development of the state and it’s economy.
The officials of Mahanadi Mines named Dharmendra Dubey, Site Head of Mahanadi Mines and Minerals Private Limited, and Dilip Sevak, Head of the Land and R&R Department had attended the event including members of the CSR team, teachers and students from the selected schools.
