Major Transformation by the Current Government in Kashmir, Waqf, Naxals

Bhubaneswar: In the last three decades of the history of BJP, before Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister of the country the leftists Moist groups, Naxal areas, North East regions and Kashmir were surrounded with major turmoil. There were many separatist and youth with weapons , attackers who were hell bent on creating destruction in these regions. But now it is the reality that about 16,000 young people have already abandoned the weapons and chosen to be in the mainstream. So it is the legitimate duty of the home minister, as Amit Shah stated in his interview in the media, of this country to make these regions peaceful and lead them towards development. It is the priority of the current government to eliminate these three problems that had been obstructing the growth and development of the nation for decades.

As the youth of this country, majorly were leading towards a negative direction instead of looking at the positive path. So it becomes the primary goal of the home department to curb this ideology and revive the young India. A good governance is such that it takes the oath to change the adverse scenario in the country and lead it to positive growth.

In Kashmir there were a very successful election conducted and presently there is a peaceful government established there. After about forty years time in Kashmir election was conducted without any re-polling, firing, and tear gas. After a very long period there were around 60 percent people exercise their voting rights voluntarily. It is drastically welcome change. Now the question arises regarding the statehood. There are many parameters to be assessed in taking decision with regard to statehood but it will be established positively by the government as per the authority.

The forthcoming step of the government is going to be the Waqf bill which is based on the rule that the Waqf rules can be challenged in the honourable court instead it was earlier said that no government or judiciary can challenge the Waqf board rules. There is no threat or harm for the minority muslim community from the Waqf bill, stated by the home minister. It is only political propaganda and diverting the minds of the muslims by injecting vile against the government. There will be no such rule in the Waqf bill that states to snatch the rights, religious freedom, mosques etc from the Muslims. The opposition is playing the card of vote bank consolidation policy to confuse the minorities. There will be no retrospective effect of the bill on the Muslim sentiments or rights. If there is any dispute on any land, property or place it should go to the judiciary of the country.

As India is a free, democratic country, everybody has the right to express their opinion and oppose the bill in the parliament. The opposition should oppose the bill by proper  logical arguments and legitimate points not by frivolous complaints, Mr Shah says.
