Bhubaneswar: The Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha has announced the dates for the examinations for plus two students of all streams on 21 November. As mentioned in this released schedule, the exams will start on Feb 18, 2025 and continue till March 27, 2025.
The students from the science stream, both regular and ex-regular, will appear their exam on February 18, students from arts and commerce, both regular and ex-regular will write the exam the next day. Whereas, the vocational studies examinations will start on 20 February. Examinations for internal assessment will be done from December 23 to 30, 2024. Practicals for regular and ex-regular examinees will be done from January 2-12, 2025.
“The examination (internal assessment/project, Practical and theory) will be conducted as per the scheduled date even though the any of the dates are declared as a holiday (s),” excerpted the notification of the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha.
“For the evaluation of projects and viva-voce in the commerce stream, groups are supposed to be divided into different groups with minimum of 24 students in each of the groups. Evaluation and viva voce of one group should be completed in two hours time. The project evaluation and viva voce shall be conducted by the concerned subject teacher of the institution only. There shall be no provision of external examiner for this purpose,” the notification indicates.
