PM Modi presents 11 resolutions for India’s future Indicating ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’

Bubaneswar: On 14 December, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has presented eleven resolutions (Sankalp) for the attainment of a “Viksit Bharat” (Developed India). Prime Minister stated in his speech in the Parliament that these eleven resolutions are based on constitutional values.

These are the resolutions presented by PM Modi:

First one is Fulfillment of duties (Kartavyon ka paalan): Every citizen and government must responsibly fulfill their duties to contribute to the process of nation building.

Secondly inclusive development (Sabka saath sabka vikas). It is to ensure that development reaches every sector, guided by the principle of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas.

The third resolution goes for Zero tolerance for corruption, that adopts a strict stance against corruption at all levels.

Fourth is respect for the Rule of law which promote pride in adhering to and upholding the country’s laws, and traditions.

Fifth one is freedom from Slave mentality and the sixth resolution is end to dynastic politics: Liberate Indian politics from parivaar-vaad (dynastic politics).

Seventh is to respect for the Constitution (Samvidhaan ka samman). That indicates to uphold the Constitution without exploiting it for political purposes.

Eighth is Protection of reservations,  safeguard existing reservations whereas reject any quota that is religion-based.

Nineth is Women-led development where positioning India as a global leader through women-led development initiatives is the aim.

Tenth is State-centric Growth (Rajya ke vikas se Rashtra ka vikas). This point infocates to align the nation’s development with the progress of the states to get a balanced growth.

Eleventh is Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat. One India, the best India.

The most highlighting factor in this presentation is ‘ Ek Bharat, Shrestha Bharat’, which summerises the whole intention of the agenda that the PM has showcased.
