Bhubaneswar, 25, Sept: The government of Odisha has notified to form a special task force to investigate cases against Child pornography, in coordination with the POCSO Act of 2012 of the supreme court. By implementing the supreme court law to prevent and prosecuting of consuming and downloading content of child pornography under the act of Protection of Children from Sexual Offense , 2012.
By this step the state government tends to reassure the protection of child rights, safety and safeguard the legal framework relating to the elimination of child sexual exploitation. The state reconfirms to protect the children from any kind of exploitation and to safeguard their rights or wellbeing.
