Bhubaneswar: Television actress Mahi Vij has strongly refuted ongoing rumours about her alleged separation from husband Jay Bhanushali. The actress, visibly upset over the false reports circulating online, took to social media to slam the baseless speculation, warning that she will take legal action against those spreading misinformation about her marriage.
Mahi Vij and Jay Bhanushali, one of television’s most loved couples, have often shared glimpses of their family life with fans. The duo tied the knot in 2011 and are parents to daughter Tara.
Calling the divorce rumours “completely fabricated and malicious,” Mahi emphasized that such stories not only hurt their family but also set a poor precedent for the entertainment fraternity.
She added that she will not tolerate fake narratives targeting her personal life and urged media outlets and social media users to act responsibly.
Meanwhile, Jay Bhanushali has also expressed support for his wife, dismissing the gossip and reaffirming that “all is well” between them.
