Indian Cuisine Wins Global Praise in TasteAtlas Rankings

Bhubaneswar: Indian cuisine has earned major international recognition in the latest rankings by TasteAtlas, highlighting the growing global appeal of its diverse flavours.

Among the standout achievements, Butter Garlic Naan has been ranked as the world’s number one bread, while Butter Chicken secured the sixth position in the list of the top 100 foods globally.

In the appetiser category, Malai Kofta claimed the third spot, reflecting the popularity of Indian vegetarian cuisine on the global stage.

Indian desserts also received high acclaim, with Kulfi being recognised as the best sweet worldwide. Another traditional dessert, Firni, also featured prominently in the rankings.

The recognition underscores the richness and diversity of Indian culinary traditions, as well as their increasing influence and acceptance across international markets.
