Supreme Court is Accused of Erupting Violence Through Its Verdict: BJP MP

Bhubaneswar: BJP MPs like Nishikant Dubey, and others accuse the supreme court of interfering in matters relating to government, elections, agencies and security. Though BJP has not taken any responsibility for the statements made by the MPs. The party has stated, it has no association with the statements made by the MPs. The party respects the judiciary of the nation.

The Supreme court has denied the verdict on the West Bengal violence where it was for giving petition to the president for imposing president’s rule in West Bengal. The impact of the accusations made by the BJP MPs are shown clearly.

The BJP MP Nishikant Dubey stated about the supreme court being partial towards the minorities especially the muslims. When it is the matter of Ram temple or Krishna bhumi, Shiv, ( basically the Hindu deities) the court asks to produce documents. But when it is about muslim religious places they become lenient on the rule of producing the documents. Riots, violence erupt in the name of religion directed by such partialities by the supreme court. The supreme court is going beyond its boundaries which is it should follow the law enacted by the constitution of India. If we have to approach the supreme court for each and every matter then there is no value in the existence of Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha or the Parliament.

Many political leaders and analysts are saying he should not have given such a big accusation in the judicyof the country. Every citizen of the country should respect the judiciary.

Acharya Surya Muni has also showed concern over the silence of the supreme court over the West Bengal violence on Hindus. Many such political figures have pointed this argument regarding the actions of the supreme court. Recently supreme court had notified the honourable President over the Waqf bill matter. Later the law was paused to be enactec and implicated. The quest arises is this the over reach of the judiciary over the democratic system of government. Is the supreme court taking every decision on the couyehich is in the highest pace of its economic development.
