Swine Flu death toll increasing in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The death toll due to Swine Flu rising day by day. The figure crossed 33 in Odisha with a person succumbing to the decease on Friday at SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack.

Total number of Swine Flu cases went up to 341 from total 1007 swab samples tested so far. On Friday, 12 more swab samples were tested positive for the H1N1 virus out of 29 examined.

Reportedly, the 12 patients, who have been tested positive for H1N1 virus are from KIIMS-2, AIIMS-2, Sum Hospital-2, Apollo Hospital-2, SCBMCH-1, Kar Clinic-1, Capital Hospital-1 and AMRI Hospital-1.

Amongst the 12 patients admitted to different hospitals, 10 persons are males and only 2 are females.
