The Toshali Fair has become a stage of tradition, innovation and craftsmanship and it is a pleasure and pride for the artisans and weavers of 21 states to showcase the best glory of the rich handicraft history of the country, said the Governor.
The National Handicrafts Fair is organized by the Odisha government’s Handlooms, Textiles & Handicrafts Department. It is a 13 day event that showcases the state’s rich cultural heritage and promotes its handicrafts and handlooms.
It is not only the government’s responsibility to protect our cultural heritage, but the Governor has called on everyone to extend a helping hand to maintain the excellence of handicrafts and handicrafts.
