The cuisine is served garnished with chopped raw onion slices, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilly slices, pea nuts, some mixture sprinkles on the top and it’s heavenly.
Every morning to evening the people of Odisha, especially in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar, are gathered around the Dahi Bara stalls to enjoy the delicious street cuisine. The more you have it, better it tastes. Your taste bud never gets bored of eating this special item, even if you have it every single day. This is the magic of the delicacy of dahi bara. The most exciting part is drinking the buttermilk mixed with ginder, curry leaves, coriander, salt and lemon is a never forgetting experience. The speciality of it is the curd in it because the mixture of curd makes the item tastier and refreshing as well.
